Purchase Agreements & Cash on Delivery (COD):
By placing an order on our site, you agree to buy the products at the listed price plus any shipping or Emirates handling fees.
- Cash on Delivery: COD is our primary payment method. Customers are obligated to pay the courier in cash upon delivery of the packages. Refusing packages at the doorstep without a valid reason impacts delivery accounts and may lead to restriction of future orders.
- Master Copies: Customers acknowledge that we sell premium first-copies and master copies of sneaker designs. We guarantee the highest aesthetic and build quality for the price point.

Limitations & User Accounts:
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or delivery logistics constraints.
- Promo Codes: Custom coupon codes generated via the retro arcade game are valid for 7 days from generation and are limited to one claim per device/customer. System exploitation of coupon codes will result in order cancellation.
- Intellectual Property: All custom logos, canvas games, and website layout designs are the property of Zoha Kicks.
