48-Hour Exchange Policy:
You can exchange your item for a different size or even change the model (same price or higher, with price adjustment). To request an exchange, please contact our customer service chat or WhatsApp: 0559748846 within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and order details. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. A 25 AED exchange fee applies for all exchanges (size/model) to cover courier delivery. Exchanges are completely free if the item is faulty or defective.
